  • Items must be unused, in their original condition, with tags and packaging intact.

  • Customized or Personalized Products
  • Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Clearance”
  • Items not in their original condition (damaged, missing parts)
  • Products returned after the 30-day period

4. Refund Process

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
  • For items purchased with a gift card, a replacement gift card will be issued.
  • Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
  • Customers will receive an email confirmation once their refund is processed.

5. Exchange Policy
